If you have a problem with a product that has not been resolved by our technical support or sales staff, you can return the product within the time frame set forth in our Terms & Conditions. The first step is to complete the refund form.
This form must be completed in its entirety. We will answer by email within 3 business days, with instructions to formalize the return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent. Requests for products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be attended to.
